Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is an American country music artist and singer. Her debut singles came out in 2007 and an album called Satisfied. The year 2013 saw her launched her second album entitled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe Performing with Blake Shelton In 2015 she came out with The Blade, another album which gained her acclaim and high praise. Ashley Monroe is the Assistant Village Manager of the village of Riverside Illinois and has over fifteen years of experience in public service, including nearly five years as an Deputy City Manager within Iowa City. The Assistant Village Manager's current duties include managing the Community Development and Building Department in coordination of grants as well as the execution of specific projects. Ashley's role in Riverside is to aid in the daily operations of village services and implement the vision for strategic planning set out by elected officials. Ashley has served in a range of responsibilities in the past, including the planning of municipal services and communication for government budgeting personnel management collective bargaining and working on climate change-related initiatives. Due to her engagement in local and national organisations as well as her work with communities with diverse populations, Ashley has gained insight on the complexity of differences and similarities with the way public institutions function.
